Technological process
After crushing, the fluff pulp is delivered by the conveyor belt. Then the polymer is added and wrap with toilet
paper. After embossing, flat, knife and other processes to form mats pulp layer, which then are deposited on
the non-woven fabrics, bottom PE film, make the shape by hot melt adhesive synthetic.
Product Structure
The top layer is nonwoven fabric and the bottom is PE film, the middle layers consist fo imported pulp,
paper tissue and super absorbent polymer.
